Throughout the Bible Myrrh was noted as a valuable and scared spice. Jacob's sons sold their brother Joesph for Myrrh amongst other products and it was the used as the incense to consecrate the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Of course, its most famous Biblical note is as a gift from the Magi in the Nativity story. However, as an anointing oil the fact that is was one of the ingredients in the scared anointing oil for the Tabernacle found in Exodus 30. Use this anointing oil to make you more receptive to God's guidance.
